HOPE: Business for Good operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). However, due to standard manufacturing tolerances, raw material variations, and differences in display hardware/settings, physical products may vary slightly in appearance or color from their digital depictions.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, we do not warrant that product appearance or performance will meet specific customer-side expectations beyond our published manufacturing specifications.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit purchase quantities on a case-by-case basis across geographical regions or jurisdictions.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS, AVAILABILITY & OUT-OF-STOCK REFUNDS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HOPE: Business for Good reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until HOPE: Business for Good confirms acceptance and processes payment.

All orders are subject to product availability and stock verification. We make every effort to maintain accurate real-time inventory levels. However, if an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In the event an ordered item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled within our standard processing timeline, HOPE: Business for Good will automatically issue a full refund for the unavailable item(s) (including any applicable proportionate tax and shipping fees) back to your original payment method within 30 business days.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be set out in your order confirmation. Unless explicitly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, freight, shipping, handling, or applicable customs and import duties.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account details for all orders. You represent and warrant that:

Incurred charges will be honored by your payment institution, including shipping fees and applicable levies.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTOR DELAYS
We partner with reliable regional and international logistics carriers to deliver your products. All delivery dates or timeframes provided during checkout are estimates only.

Under standard operations, orders are dispatched and handed over to our distributors/carriers within our baseline fulfillment window.

If your confirmed order has not been picked up, dispatched, or delivered by the designated distributor/carrier within five (5) calendar days after the estimated delivery date or order confirmation (and no carrier status update or delay notice has been provided):

You may request an immediate status review or order cancellation by contacting us at marketing@generationhope.ph.

If the distributor fails to confirm dispatch or prove transit within this 5-day window, you are entitled to cancel the affected order for a full refund, or request a replacement order dispatched via an expedited delivery method at no extra cost, subject to inventory availability.

Once products are handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, except in cases where non-delivery is attributed directly to distributor fault or lost packages confirmed by the carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Our Services—including graphics, logos, brand assets, product designs, technical specifications, text, displays, and software—are owned by HOPE: Business for Good, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
These Terms grant a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, or exploit any content or production designs without prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by HOPE: Business for Good.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations (e.g., Shopify applications) over which we monitor no control. Access is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsement. Use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

Hyperlinks on the site may direct you to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy of third-party content, nor do we assume liability for goods, services, or privacy practices on third-party platforms.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
HOPE: Business for Good is hosted on Shopify. However, transactions are conducted directly between you and HOPE: Business for Good. Shopify is not liable for product quality, order fulfillment, or damages arising from purchases, and you expressly release Shopify from claims related to transactions with HOPE.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING
Personal details submitted through the store are governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify's Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & USER SUBMISSIONS
If you submit product reviews, ideas, or feedback, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, adapt, and distribute such submissions in any medium for commercial or operational purposes. We reserve the right to remove content deemed offensive, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining sections. These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing your use of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HOPE: Business for Good is headquartered.
