Background

The school started in 2018 with no available classrooms, conducting classes under the shade of trees. With no facilities and the need to flatten the mountainous terrain, the school struggled to increase enrollment. With the dedication of PTA members and the support of the local LGU, they managed to build makeshift classrooms.

Despite these efforts, the situation remained challenging until 2021 when Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation stepped in to provide their first 2 concrete classrooms. However, even with these new classrooms, some students continued to learn in the makeshift ones. On rainy days, teachers and students had to bring out their umbrellas just to keep the classes going.

Now, their new HOPE classroom is their third concrete classroom, dedicated to the Grade 7 students. The excitement among the students is palpable, as this new space will offer a more comfortable learning environment and allow them to accommodate even more students.
